The Moroccan SMEs Observatory (OMTPME) held its seventh meeting of its board of directors on Wednesday, December 13th, 2023, at Bank Al-Maghrib in Rabat.
During this meeting, chaired by Mr. Abdellatif Jouahri, Governor of Bank Al-Maghrib, the board members welcomed the achievements of the 2021-2023 strategic plan, particularly the development of innovative technological tools for data processing, the enhancement of studies on the productive fabric, and the expansion of partnerships at both national and international levels.
The board members have given their approval to the new triennial strategic plan for 2024-2026. This plan leverages the accomplishments and knowledge gained from the assessment of past plans, all while taking into consideration the changing global and national circumstances. The primary objective of this new plan is to strengthen the Observatory's position as a prominent entity in Morocco's entrepreneurial sphere and enhance the mechanisms for data processing as a decision-making tool in the development of Very Small, Small, and Medium Enterprises.
The OMTPME board also approved the accounts for the fiscal year 2022 as well as the budget for the year 2024.
